We are having an opening for the position of L2 or L3 Desktop Support Engg  with one of our very reputed client IT Industry in CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai).

Key point:

• Should have 100% Desktop & Laptop Calls Knowledge
• Basic Knowledge of Server
• Basic Knowledge of Networking & Firewall

Job Profile:

Should attend field Calls
Should have complete knowledge for
a) DESKTOP & Laptop – OS Formatting (Win 7, 8, 10 & 11)
b) PRINTERS Installation
c) ANTIVIRUS Installation (Box Product & End Point Security)
d) ROUTERS & Access Point Configuration
e) Networking - Complete Knowledge Network with IP Address Classes.
f) Server basic knowledge - OS installation, policy modification & etc. (OPTIONAL)
g) Firewall Basic Knowledge - Creating rules, modifying policy & etc. (OPTIONAL)
