WHAT DO YOU DO:
Prospect Set up appointments Develop and deliver presentations to close new client opportunities
Identify/Research/Survey Industry s Talent Challenges and carve scalable solutions
Work closely with teams across the Talent Innovation (Contract & Full Time Staffing Employer Branding Performance Management) to identify/qualify opportunities and demo solutions to growing companies.
Participate in networking activities user groups meetings and develop relationships with decision makers.
Keep uptodate with industry developments/trends about Talent Innovation per the post covid /new normal.
Negotiate contracts and facilitate the execution of service agreements.
YOU:
Are excited to work from our Hyderabad Office
Have 3 years of successful sales in IT Talent (Contract & Full Time Staffing/Recruiting) Solutions.
Have experience selling IT Talent Solutions Professional Services or Staff Augmentation.
Have proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism
Have marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video Email Phone Text.
Have sales expertise with prospecting appointment setting Applicant Tracking Tools
