Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Hotel Reservations Manager.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Overall Management of Hotel Reservations Team and KPIsÂ
• Compliance of SOP, TAT and SLA with internal and external customers
• Escalation Management and Guest Service ExcellenceÂ
• Emergency number management
• Negotiating with hotels/suppliers for query resolution.
• Teams / Line/ WhatsApp/ Skype management with clients and partners
• Monitoring and r eview of daily task management
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports.Â
• Review, analyse and forecast operations requirements and implement processes to ensure smooth operations.Â
• Effective inter-departmental coordination to forecast and resolve issues.Â
• Maintain positive and productive coordination with Hotel and Travel Partners.Â
• Hiring and Training.Â
• Supervision of daily work and subordinates and managing roster schedule.Â

Eligibility & Skillset Required:Â

• 3-4 yrs. of experience in the travel industry.
• Knowledge of online booking engines, B2B Business and Hotel processes will be an added advantage.
• Able to perform under pressure.
• Open to working in shifts based on Roster.
• Meet deadlines and Out -of the Box thinking.
• Attention to detail
• Leadership skills
• Keen on learning and growing.Â
• Display initiative, ownership and capability of making sound judgements.Â
