Job description
Having experience on functional side like Core HCM, Advance Compensation, Recruiting and Talent management · Minimum 3 years of working experience in implementing/Supporting Enterprise Application - Workday. · Enhancements on functional configurations including Business Processes, validation rules, conditions and new features. · Hands-on Integration experience in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Workday Studio. · Workday Web Services API, XML, XSLT · Cloud Connect for Worker, CCB · CCTPP PICOF/PECI · Custom Reports & CalculatedFields. · Functional knowledge across at least one Human Resources Module – including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence& Payroll. · Experience in handling PII/Comp/Confidential data. · Knowledge of Security configuration in Workday. · Experience in work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing. · Building / integrating Workday system with current business environments and define and enforce best practices
