Design & lead the Audit program across all business, all geography, coordinating cross-functionally to drive consistent application and implementation across the business.
Lead efforts to make regulatory determinations for emergent issues and remain current and/or develop necessary understanding of EHS regulations.
Develop and drive Audit framework & Support strategy to proactively maintain Tata Project regulatory compliance and/or industry standard across.
Should be able to develop counter measures where deviation is identified.
Partner with other EHS / Business resources to set the standard for auditor qualification and training expectations and coach team members accordingly.
Provide EHS leadership for Governance program and drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness of the compliance assurance program through auditing, data validation and support business reviews.
Analysis of findings, trends, and metrics for statistical trends, and assist in development of action plans to drive program improvements.
Serve as a coach and mentor to Business EHS teams to build and implement robust compliance / governance processes, audit skills and hazard recognition.
Qualification & Experience Criteria:
Diploma/ BE / B-Tech / M-Tech in Engineering + Full-time Post Diploma Industrial Safety/M-Tech Industrial Safety / Construction Safety from recognized institute.
15 -20 years of experience in EHS.
Have domain expertise in one or more of the following: Electrical Safety and LOTO requirements, crane safety, construction safety, fall prevention, confined space in global EPC environment.
Experience and demonstrated achievements with EHS Framework, Governance safety programs, digitized systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Medical fitness and ability to work at height with harness etc.
Fluent English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
