As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing them with a positive and welcoming experience. In addition to greeting guests, you will also handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support. Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment book.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional and pleasant demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
