Job description
- Building a strong finance team that provides seamless functional support to the founders & internal business teams.
- Manage the expectations of the stakeholders through providing them monthly MIS Accounts cash flows statements and ad hoc reports as per requirements.
- Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Accounts as per Indian GAAP / IND AS.
- Interface with statutory and internal auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Roll out of Internal Finance Controls (IFC) across the Company
- Periodical book closures and managing various financial and business MIS requirements.
- Support in debt fund raise including relationship with banks and lending institutions.
- Support in equity fund raise.
- Manage regulatory and other compliances and ensuring that all statutes and laws and adhered to without exception.
- All RBI related compliances including periodical reporting s.
- This position will be a part of the leadership team and will play a key role in the growth story of an organization.
