Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a performance marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and sales. As a full-time member of our team, you will work on-site at our Gurugram location. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing, paid advertising, and social media advertising. ### Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that aligns with Controlz's business goals. - Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels, including SEM, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. - Analyze and leverage data to make informed decisions, improve campaign performance, and maximize ROI. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and targeted content for different stages of the customer journey. - Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rate optimization. - Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most efficient channels and campaigns. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and apply these learnings to Controlz's strategy. - Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts. - Report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. - Lead, mentor, and grow the performance marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with experience managing digital campaigns and budgets Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, CPM, and CPC advertising Demonstrated ability to drive growth and customer acquisition through data-driven decision-making Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with varying budgets and objectives Experience with marketing analytics tools and KPI reporting Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsJob tags
