Job Description Job Title –Manager LRC Data Analytics As a member of the Fidelity Legal Risk and Compliance (L.R.C) Data Analytics team, you can give an edge to your professional career by working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and exciting environment at Fidelity Investments. The Purpose of This Role As a Data Analyst in Fidelity Legal Risk and Compliance (L.R.C) organization, you will be working closely with members of Fidelity's Corporate Audit, Business, Risk, and IT functions to find opportunities where data can provide insight into risk. You will participate in all phases of a data analytics project lifecycle – from framing the business question/hypothesis, identifying the appropriate data sources, sourcing the relevant data, performing sophisticated analytics, and reporting on the results. You will use data to answer ad-hoc questions and develop data-centric solutions that will be deployed to users throughout the firm.
The Value You Deliver - Develop new solutions and tools that risk professionals will be used for proactive risk identification across the firm.
- Participate on audits, investigations, or other special projects that benefit from your domain expertise.
- Work across the Enterprise Risk Management group to apply data analytics, efficiently use automation or machine learning that can reduce manual testing or non valued processes.
The Skills That Are Key To This Role - You have solid grasp and working experience of
Mainframe Z/OS, COBOL, DB2 and JCL
The Skills that are good to have for this role Technical / Behavioral - You have experience working with an Audit, Risk, or Security function
- You have working experience with any Relational databases with proficiency in PL/SQL, preferably DB2
- You have experience in scripting (Unix or DOS)
- You have knowledge of interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView
- You have exposure to ETL tools such as Alteryx and Informatica
- You have significant analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent assessments.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills
- You show keen attention to detail, collaborative and ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

The Expertise We're Looking For - Bachelor's or Master's Degree, ideally in an analytics or technical subject area
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in the workplace businesses is desired
Location: Bangalore - EGL
Shift timings : 9:00 am - 6:00pm
