A Bangalore (Hebbal) based Fintech is hiring for Customer Support Profile

Weekly Holidays : All Sundays off ,

2 Saturdays off ,

2 Saturdays-Half day

Job Description

Providing latest market information to clients,

Executing Orders or Call & Trades on behalf of clients,

Resolving trading related client queries and requests,

Communicating important updates to clients,

Assisting and coordinating with Risk management team,

Client activations & Product demos,

Reporting issues & feedback from the client to the technology team.

Required Candidate profile

Can communicate in English and Hindi
