Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to join our team. The IT Team Lead will be responsible for managing the company's IT support and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all computer systems, networks, software, meeting rooms and hardware.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company's IT support and infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of all IT systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify IT needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees as needed.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in IT management
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, software, and hardware
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience providing technical support and assistance to employees
Technical Requirements - Network Administration- Knowledge of LAN and WAN network design and implementation
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Familiarity with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
- Experience with Cisco Meraki devices - Advantage
- Cloud Computing (Must Have)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Application Management (Must Have)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Domain Controllers
- Hands-on experience in managing Okta or any other Identity Provider and must have worked on SAML and SCIM applications.
- Experience in MDM technologies such as JAMF, Airwatch, etc.
- Familiarity with VPN services and administration
- Scripting/Automations - Advantage!
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Bash, Google App Script etc.)
- Familiarity with software development tools (IDEs, version control systems, etc.)
- Workflow automation tool such as Okta Workflows, Zapier, Workato etc
