Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for carryi ng out Mechanical Endurance Testing as per IEC and IEEE standards .
Execute all testing according to standards and test request .
Provide feedback to requestor as progress is made.
Identify functional problems and suggest solutions, if necessary modify test plan to learn the most from testing (working with requestor).
Draft Initial Test Report and send to Requestor for Conclusion and Approval.
Maintain Test Report Database and Type test report database (TTR DB) Co-Ordinator for PGHV.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable (IEEE, IEC, series and other) standards.
Coordinate calibration and maintenance of test equipment with Calibration Department and/or manufacturer
Assist in the design, construction and installation of equipment as required to improve testing operations.
Develop schedules, coordinate, and manage projects of minor to major size with little to no supervision.
Participate in design and safety reviews and provide recommendations .
Maintain zero Safety incident throughout the year .

Your background
BE Electrical/Mechanical with minimum 4-year experience/Diploma Electrical/Mechanical with minimum 7-year experience.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with all laboratory test equipment data acquisitions, oscilloscopes, analog and digital sensors, etc .
Knowledge of ISO/IEC17025 AND NABL
Willingness to travel to perform tests in outside labs (5%)
Familiarity with IEC, IEEE and other standards preferred .
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required .
