We have distribution associates operating in Chennai and Kolkata. Our young and dynamic team keeps in mind potential hazards and economic impact for our customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers via phone and email to promote our safety products and may schedule appointments. While the role is located in West Delhi, some work from home will be acceptable post 1 month of tenure.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is preferred. College students are encouraged to apply as well.
- Experience in telemarketing or tele-sales would be a bonus
