Job Role: Technical Delivery Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and control of enterprise Mobile and Web projects, client liaison, including pre-sales, analysis, cross-functional development, and systems integration projects for the Company and also for the delivery of the development, project leadership, management, quality, and timely delivery of the project and overseeing other developers, designers, QA assigned to a project. Key Responsibilities Lead the software architecture and application development of the software solutions by leveraging your knowledge and curiosity of current and future technologies. Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis. Manage the scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules and project budgets. Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off, ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks. Guide the team towards successful project delivery and own end-to-end project and technology delivery. Ensure standardized and watertight processes are created and implemented to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the entire SDLC. Work closely with a Senior Leadership team of Technology and Operations to drive solutions from a business capability, operations, and process standpoint. Developing programs to grow the talent within the team continually. Most importantly has a lot of fun building products, solving problems, and being a part of the team. Willingness to go the extra mile to enable the delivery of the state-of-the-art product Deliver projects with an agile method based on scrum Handle multiple projects simultaneously. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's / Masters Degree with experience of 12 to 13 years in PHP/ Node.js/React projects/Mobile projects. Demonstrated expertise with full SDLC life cycle, system integrations, and engagements across strategy, design, and implementation. Strong Technical foundation with the ability to review program deliverables technically and improve efficiencies Good technical experience in PHP, Node.js, DevOps, Mobile apps. Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) will be an added advantage. Experience in developing microservice architecture. Ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle. Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
