Qualifications And Skills - Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in
the food industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement the sales strategy for the assigned area.
- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Stay updated with industry developments and update team members on new products and features.
- Develop and implement training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
