Job Description:
Your Responsibilities
- Assists engineering staff to develop test protocols as necessary to investigate the integrity of new products, or new functionality for existing products.
- Provides support to other functional teams as needed to deploy incoming test protocols and to perform First Article Inspections.
- Safety Utilizes safety systems to perform work, resulting in an accident-free workplace. Notifies others when unsafe situations are observed and works with local HSE teams to improve the safety systems.
- Quality Control Works with department staff to improve existing test protocols and capability, resulting in greater efficiency, accuracy, and/or reliability of test outcomes.
- Utilize data - Collects, records, and evaluates utilizing Lean 6 Sigma, engineering standards and specifications, the quantitative metrics that provide descriptive data for the determination of compliance to requirements.
- Quality Assurance through process improvements and control on variations caused by Process variables

- Define incoming Inspection plan & activities in line with specifications and maintenance in ERP
- Verification of component suppliers and PPAP
- Drive Root cause analysis of defect/failures and drive improvements in collaboration with respective stakeholders
- Collaborate with SQE/SCM for supplier non-conformities, performance measurement of suppliers and drive improvements
- New Product & production line Implementation, Change Management
- Quality data and performance analysis, Quality Reporting / KPI’s, Control Plan machine properties (Cpk)
- Participating in RnD Projects; Gate Model assessment - D-FMEA/ PFMEA, Control Plan
- Facilitate local Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliances
- Continuous improvement activities (L6S, Lean, HCCO, etc.)

Your Background
- Typical Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional work experience .
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
