1. Proven experience in telemarketing and sales conversion preferably in the education sector.

2. Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

4. Resultsdriven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.

5. Knowledge of educational products and the publishing industry is a plus.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field

1.Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Engage in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition of our educational materials.

3. Sales Conversion:

Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling.

Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

4. Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with customers through regular followups and personalized communication.

Address customer inquiries and concerns providing timely and accurate information.
