Job description
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is the visionary executive leader responsible for defining and executing the overall product strategy for Axis My India, with a specific emphasis on further developing and scaling the People Empowerment Platform (PEP). This individual will champion a product-driven culture, collaborate cross-functionally to enhance, and extend the PEP platform, and ultimately deliver solutions designed to overcome literacy and technical barriers, making government resources accessible to all Indian citizens.
. Product Vision and Strategy: Drive the product vision and roadmap for the People Empowerment Platform (PEP). This will leverage Axis My India's depth and reach across India, augmented by Google Cloud's expertise in GenAI and NLP.
. User-Centric Design: Champion design principles that address potential literacy and technical barriers, ensuring the PEP remains accessible and inclusive spanning across physical and digital touch points.
. Voice-First Chat Experience: Prioritize the development and optimization of voice-driven interactions for seamless user experiences.
. Designing for Diverse Users: Overcome challenges in creating an intuitive and empowering user experience for individuals with varying levels of literacy and technical proficiency across India's diverse population.
. Scalable Multilingual Support: Develop effective strategies to ensure smooth operation and accurate information across 13 languages, addressing potential nuances and complexities.
. Team: The CPO will be empowered to build a cross-functional product team including but not limited to Product Managers, UX Designers and Data Analysts
. 10-12 years of experience in a product management role, preferably with direct experience on AI/ML and building for Bharat
. Agile product development and management experience
. Experience of developing products aligned to business goals to meet business targets
