Position Specifications
- Division: Human Resources
- Designation: Consultant
- Qualification: Any Graduate (BMS / BBA preferred) / MBA
- Previous work experience: 1 – 4 years' experience
- Contract period: 1 Year (extendable contract)
- Location: Powai, Mumbai
Employee benefits record management
- Create and share insurance weekly data with internal& external stake holders
- Maintain records of insurance data
- Maintain insurance CD balance and records
- Work on monthly and quarterly reconciliation
- Maintain benefits utilization records
Benefits& Wellbeing Operations
- Executing employee benefits and wellness initiatives
- Manage employee query on benefits and wellbeing activities
- Manage annual health checkup appointments and other benefits related services
- Track and manage vendor attendance
