Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market trends. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for creating and delivering presentations to senior management and clients, as well as managing the sales team's performance on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
  • Experience in managing a team of sales representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
