Job description
# Monitor and control parameters involved in the manufacturing of specialty paper grades to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
# Oversee the operations and activities in the pulp sft, wetend, dryend, and winder areas of the paper machine, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient production.
# Take charge of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to meet production targets and optimize resource utilization.
# Ensure that the produced paper meets the specified quality requirements by conducting regular quality checks, analyzing quality issues, and implementing corrective actions.

# Check and maintain the availability of necessary raw materials like pulp, chemicals, and clothing required for the paper manufacturing process.
# Monitor and control the consumption of chemicals, pigments, pulp, water, power, and steam to keep them within budgeted limits.
# Prepare regular reports on production, quality, and breakdowns, and present them to higher management for review and decision-making.
