Job Overview:

Champions Studio is on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Event Planner, including freshers and entry-level experienced candidates to bring magic to our birthday parties and special events! If you're passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute memorable birthday parties and events at Champions Studio.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure services within budget constraints.
• Understand client requirements and craft event proposals that exceed expectations.
• Pitch and develop creative themes and ideas for a variety of events.
• Close deals with clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
• Manage event budgets effectively to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven experience as an Event Planner, particularly in planning birthday parties and family-oriented events.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work within budget constraints.
• Creative thinker with the ability to pitch and execute unique event themes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
