Your Challenge

  • Support of activities related to eCatalogue. Support of users during ordering phase, support of LPRs and Category managers within administration
  • Realization of quality check based on defined criteria (example: correct assignment of material group, purchasing group, check of GL account, etc.)
  • Processing Requests For Quotation. Communication with requestor, collection of feedback and product / service specification, check availability of suitable vendor. Collection and comparison of offers, prepare data for final decision
  • Support of negotiation, active cooperation with requestor and category manager, communication with vendor, archiving of signed contract
  • Processing purchase order requisition, completion of all information, determination of PO art, PO release, PO submission to supplier, PO archiving, support verification process
  • Processing of HELPDESK related queries/tickets, classification of the request, appropriate routing of request, collection of feedback, end to end administration of queries/ticket
  • RFQ coordination, collection of inputs from purchasers, communication with vendor regarding his participation on RFQ, preparation of RFQs for evaluation
  • Contract management, storing of contracts based on type and location into internal databaze
  • Revision of delivery dates, maintanance of delivery confirmation in SAP, communication with requestors in retained organization
  • Maximizes effectiveness and efficiency of own performance and by proposing improvements. Ability to lead improvements implementation
  • Ensure process documentation is up to date, support in review and update Process Maps, Work Step docs, Manuals
  • Training of newcomers per defined training plan

Your Profile

  • Education in area of commerce or administration – B.com/BBM/BBA/M.com/MBA
  • Freshers or Experienced with excellent Communication
  • Flexible with US shift
  • Proved experience in area of administration
  • MS-Office skills, SAP, Service Now or other ERP as advantage
  • Excellent in both verbal and written communication
  • Extended support when there is business requirement
  • Positive Attitude
