FLE(Cement mill)

Job Roles & Responsibilities :
Safety-
Ensure all safety standard and Ensure no Fatality/No incident in respective shift and Daily tool box talk and sharing of black and red corner notices to shift man power before allotting work.
Timely completion of SO, WTI, CFSA etc.
Maintenace -
Knowledge of Maintenance of Ball mill, Roller press, vertical roller mill, belt conveyors, DPC, bucket elevators etc.
To increase the operational efficiency of the Mechanical Maintenance and reducing unplanned downtime of Mechanical Cement mill Section.
Ensure to check daily equipement and filling checklist.
Timely identification and rectification of abnormalities related to maintenance.
Planning for weekly and annual maintenance of mills.
Cost-
Reduction of store and spare cost,
Reduction of RPM cost and taking maximum productivity from manpower with zero OT.
inventory & spare management with optimum cost.
WCM-
Maintain & strengthening in shift operation Mechanical section in WCM and participating in 5S.
Effective utilization of SAP and recording all observations.

DME/BE(Mechanical)

DME- 8-10 Years
BE(Mechanical)- 6-7 Years

1. Maintenance of mechanical maintenance
2. knowledge of SAP, confluence, MS office etc.
3.Knowledge of Safety standard
4. Shutdown planning
5. Spare management
