Solutions in the area of talent and organizational development are provided in-person or virtually through training, coaching, and consulting services. Prework and diagnosis are essential parts of our services, thus every intervention is different and customized to the client's needs, The duration of interventions could range from a few hours to a few months. We specialize in the following areas
- Team Effectiveness (Cross-functional teams, Leadership teams, Sales teams, Teams that have undergone change)

Role Description
We already have a team of senior consultants and we are looking for associates who want to learn OD and grow with us. We are open to candidates working on project-basis, part-time or full-time.
The Training and OD Associate will be responsible for
- Continuously upgrading training content, OD models, and frameworks to keep them relevant to the client's needs and modes of delivery
- Processing the stated training needs from clients, developing training objectives and materials accordingly.
- Deep listening to capture client and participant inputs. Being a scribe and presenting relevant information during the design and review phases.
- Developing training material and OD tools including workbooks, activity briefs, etc.
- Creating customized presentations for learning sessions.
- Briefing external trainers and consultants to ensure alignment.
- Designing and executing pre and post-assessments/content for the training/consulting.
- Compiling and evaluating feedback based on objectives to track success
- Designing content for social media.
- Supporting business development by understanding client needs, and creating proposal outlines.
- Writing blogs and case studies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology/ Social work/ HR. Specialization in Organization Development is preferred.
- Exposure to Industrial Psychology.
- Previous content designing and development experience in Organization Development.
- Strong English Communication (written and verbal)
- Experience in training/consulting organization service industry or NGO
- Excellent 'self-management' - time management, punctuality, and availability at work
