Job description
Purpose:
A Customer Service Advisor's primary goal is to resolve all customer queries and ensure that customer are satisfied with the company's service or products. Customer service advisors are the first point of contact for customers seeking to engage or obtain advice from an organization. They often communicate with customers via a phone call, Chat, Email, and social media.
Responsibilities:
• Advise customers by the supported channels, when advisors must provide proper support to customer by handling customer inquiries, requests and complains with perfect knowledge, quality, and positive attitude
• Answer customers questions as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries by providing them with high quality and right information
• Satisfy customers and maintain good image for the company by promoting strong customer service culture based on company standards and policy.
• Find appropriate solution for customer problems by using the suitable troubleshooting
• Answer any questions related to new offers products and services
• Able to handle general problem cases.
• Handle related customer feedback channels and complaints.
• Support other tasks assigned by contact center team head or contact center team leader.
• Responsible for the Security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company's Information Security Policies.
• Adhere to contact center standards, KPI's, rules and Performance
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferably in customer service/ call center.
- Intermediate English language (B2-C1).
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft office packages.
- Aware of customer service platforms and tools.
- Ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively.
Education Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Job Condition :
- Work from site
- Shifts Based including weekends and Public holidays.
