To ensure that the HR Process including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Attendance, Leave, Payroll and all Statutory compliances ( Including ESI/PF/Labour Contracts etc where ever applicable) Ability to deal with external agencies, human relations, industrial relations, labor laws.Should take care of documentation. Coordination in welfare activities.
