Finance Processes and Projects Analyst

In BAPS we are looking for highly motivated talents who will be part of a vibrant finance shared services environment. As one of the leading brands under the finance function, we have diversified streams like Sales business administration, Finance shared services, License compliance and Services serving worldwide stakeholders with best-in-class policies/procedures, timely service, and cost-efficient processes.

The position is an extension of the HQ FP&P team dedicated to the Integration & Deployment of the financial system in the areas of:

. Accounts Payable

. Accounts Receivable

. Record to Report

. Travel Expenses Processing & Accounting

Role & Responsibilities

. Finance Testing

° Perform finance testing and document test scenarios

° Update test script documentation/Redactions

° Functional Validation

° Report issues, interact with IT, and re-test

° Report status

. B - Conversion Testing

° Shape and format conversion files

° Control IT upload

° Functional Validation

° Report issues, interact with IT, and re-test

° Report status and track Project progress/ performance specifically to ensure successful completion of Projects/Activities

. Other Activities

° Drive/ Track Change Management

° Coordinate with internal resources and with the relevant BPE's and BPO's for the flawless execution of multiple projects.

° Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications/Experience

• 2-5 Years' experience in Finance
• Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (equivalent work experience considered)
• Fluent English
• Strong logical analytical and Time Management skills
• Critical thinking
• Multitasking skills
• Problem-solving approach- An eye for 5 why analysis
• Experience in AP / T&E / AR / GL processes - In-depth knowledge preferred
• Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
• Ability to find solutions and innovate to simplify user experience
• System testing, validation, and User testing experience required
• Effective communication skills in partnering with other internal groups and management
• Team player spirit
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Experience with large ERP implementations and/or usage
• PeopleSoft knowledge as a super user (no IT knowledge required)
• Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)- Statistical Data Presentation skills required
