Location: Kerala, India Company: Gloworld Destination Management Company, Singapore

Position Summary: Gloworld DMC, a leading player in the Singapore tourism sector, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Development Manager based in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in spearheading our sales and business development efforts within Kerala, focusing on generating leads, enhancing client relations, and elevating our brand's presence both online and offline. This role demands a high degree of travel within Kerala to foster relationships and secure business opportunities that contribute to our growth and expansion strategy.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales: Conduct thorough research to create and maintain a database of potential clients. Engage in cold calling and emailing to qualify prospective clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and requirement validations. Understand client needs to prepare tailored inquires Act as the company's representative and single point of contact for designated business areas, including business development and promotional events (e.g., trade shows, exhibitions, presentations). Handle post-sales activities, including follow-ups on work completion certificates and payment processes.

Marketing: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including blog posts and social media marketing, to increase brand visibility and client engagement. Responsible for creating monthly newsletters, email/WhatsApp campaigns for product awareness, and technical blogs to boost inbound leads.

Secondary Roles: Identify future projects and potential partnerships or alliances. Visit client locations for presentations and tender submissions. Assist in the planning and execution of projects and sales initiatives. Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and activities.

Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills in English and Malayalam. Demonstrated ability to conduct sales calls and negotiations. Proficiency in digital marketing and lead generation techniques. Experience in educating clients about products or services, preferably in a B2B setting. A proven track record in sales, preferably with experience selling products or services.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and business development in the Tourism Sector
