Honeywell UOP (UOP), a wholly owned subsidiary of ESS, is a world-leading international licensor of process technologies, and supplier of catalysts, adsorbents, process plants, and services to the petroleum refining, petrochemical, gas processing industries and sustainable technology solutions. UOP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Honeywell International, Inc. and is part of Honeywell's ESS business group.  
Honeywell ESS’ business group, Honeywell Advanced Materials (AM), is a global leader in providing customers with high-performance specialty materials, including fluorine products; specialty films and additives; advanced fibers and composites; intermediates; specialty chemicals; electronic materials and chemicals.
Reporting to the Honeywell UOP’s VP Sales, this position will be responsible for delivering and growing over $200M in revenue orders and associated margin from technology licensing, engineering, catalyst, adsorbents and high-performance specialty materials, equipment and other services to the refining, petrochemical, gas processing and manufacturing industries. The position has responsibility to lead a high-performance sales team and a growing the business.
Responsibilities:
Lead by example in exhibiting and championing the Honeywell behaviors
Lead the UOP project sales group for refining, petrochemical, gas processing, manufacturing industries and sustainable technology solutions.
Lead the AM sales team across Fluorine Products and Electronic & Materials
Deliver financial targets for the region, including: orders, revenue, cost of sales & services, and account receivables.
Work collaboratively with the relevant High Growth Region and Government Relations personnel in country
Identify and work with HGR/GR to support the implementation of key policy or regulation to support ESS business growth
Align the sales strategy with UOP and AM and its strategic plans and goals.
Manage the regional sales forecast to ensure accuracy and alignment with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and provide accurate data to finance, supply chain and sales management monthly, quarterly and annually.
Identify and feedback growth opportunities both organic (NPI’s, BTI’s) and inorganic to the relevant businesses
In collaboration with Strategic Marketing, identify regional trends & customer needs - define organizational and business requirements to meet these needs.
Maintain strong relationships with key EPC’s and customers.
In collaboration with Account Management teams, maintain & develop effective senior management customer relationships in the region.
Develop & implement regional strategies for improved business performance.
In collaboration with all company’s key functions, ensure end to end delivery of projects to meet customers’ expectations: from preparation of proposals, commercial & Sales representative agreements, closure of sales consistent with Honeywell policies & successful project implementation per specs.
In conjunction with business management, develop channel selection strategies and channel management approaches.
Actively participate as a member of the Country leadership team, actively seeking opportunities for collaboration x-SBG to drive growth for Honeywell.
Be a role model in managing their team: responsible for growing, coaching, mentoring their team, actively encourage and grow diversity, ensure & grow a healthy succession talent pipeline, be a talent scout for the organization.
Maintain & develop internal key stakeholders’ relationship with all functions as well as with other Honeywell business as needed especially Honeywell Process Solutions.
Basic Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, business, or other technical/analytical disciplines.   
Minimum of 10 years of direct commercial sales experience and/or business management experience within the refining, petrochemical, chemical and/or gas processing industry is required.

Prior successful sales experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Gas Processing and/or other manufacturing industries.
Strong process technology and refining and petrochemical integration knowledge is ideal.
Track record of results, driven by strategy and execution, strong financial and analytical background.
Capable of quickly translating business requirements into actions by defining "who does what by when" to ensure plans are executed.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across business units to prioritize actions and resources.
Provide timely and concise information to others and using clear and thoughtful oral and written communications to influence, negotiate and collaborate effectively.
Passion for executing sales plans for new business opportunities.
Do a superb job for customers every day in terms of quality, delivery, value and technology.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a complex global environment.
Ability to travel 50% annually both domestically and internationally.
