Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at our South Delhi office. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, and sales activities to meet sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will also be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their needs and promote our products and services to meet those needs.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Sales skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in lead generation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Knowledge of IT products and services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
