Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Air Hostess to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As an Air Hostess, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during their flight. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in the aviation industry and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as an Air Hostess or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of aviation safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations
- Grooming and presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers throughout the flight
- Greet passengers, assist with their boarding process, and help them find their seats
- Provide detailed safety demonstrations and instructions to passengers
- Assist passengers with their luggage and ensure it is securely stowed
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers during the flight
- Monitor the cabin for any signs of distress or discomfort among passengers
- Handle any passenger complaints or requests with patience and professionalism
- Follow all standard operating procedures and emergency protocols
- Collaborate with the cabin crew and pilots to ensure a smooth and pleasant flight experience for passengers
