Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist in New Delhi. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, retail sales, product knowledge, interpersonal skills, and communication on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build relationships with customers
• Experience with Retail Sales and achieving sales targets
• Strong Product Knowledge and ability to educate customers on product features and benefits
• Effective Communication skills and ability to communicate product information clearly and concisely
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to resolve customer queries and complaints
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
