Job description
To oversee all financial aspects of business and drivethe companys financial strategic requirements.
Oversee Direct/Indirect taxation, tax related mattersunder litigation and co-ordinate with the authorities,consultants, as applicable.
Co-ordinate with the Bankers and Financial Institutionsand shall be responsible for effectively controlling managing the overall banking facilities of the Company.
Will be responsible for assessing the financialperformance of the company as well as possible risksand investments.
Guide the company towards profitability and long-termsuccess.
Have a grip on the Companys overall financial positionand take corrective/preventive actions as whenrequired.
Oversee the IT Company Secretarial functions.
Set targets for and supervise all accounting and financepersonnel including the Internal Audit function of theCompany.
Develop/Implement the corporate fund-raisingstrategies and manage relationships with Share Holdersand Investors, as applicable.
Monitor Companys Business Plan/Budget.
Prepare timely reports on financial performance on aMonthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.
Interpret financial information for managerial staffwhile recommending further course of actions.
Liaise with the Statutory Auditors and ensureCompliance to financial laws, policies guidelines.
Report to the CEO and interface with the authorizedfunctions within the Group and the Board of Directors,as required.
