Introduction

As an IT recruitment intern, your primary mandate is to support our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top IT talent to our organization. 

Your work will contribute to building a strong, skilled workforce that drives the success of our IT projects and initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Sourcing Candidates:

· Conduct online research to identify potential IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

· Use Boolean search techniques to find relevant profiles.

· Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.

· Screening and Shortlisting:

· Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

· Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.

· Assist in coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

· Administrative Support:

· Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining interview calendars.

· Manage communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

· Help maintain candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.

· Market Research:

· Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor information.

· Provide insights to the team regarding the talent landscape in the IT sector.

· Good to Have

Educational Background

· Only candidates who have completed their graduation will be considered. Individuals currently pursuing their degrees are ineligible for this position.

· Employer Branding

· Participate in creating and sharing content related to the company's IT culture and opportunities on social media and professional networks.

· Monitor and respond to reviews on employer review sites.

· Recruitment Marketing

· Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.

· Contribute to social media campaigns and email marketing for recruitment purposes.

· Data Analysis

· Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

· Provide reports and insights to help refine recruitment strategies.

· Learning and Development

· Encourage interns to attend training sessions, webinars, and workshops related to IT recruitment and HR practices.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to help them grow in their roles.

JOB DETAILS

· CTC - 10-15k Per Month (STIPEND)

· EXP RANGE - 0-6 Months

· Education - MBA (Only candidates who have completed their degree/PG studies need to apply. Those currently pursuing their degree/PG are kindly requested not to apply.)

· Notice Period - Immediately

· Work Mode - WFO

· Location - HYDERABAD
