We offer a range of fluid handling solutions across the biotech and industrial markets.

This role will focus on:

Responsible for sales coordination, order processing, logistics, warehouse and administration including interaction with vendors and service providers.

Sales and Service Support

  • Preparing Quotations
  • Purchase order entries in ERP
  • Processing Sales Orders in ERP System
  • Processing orders on factories
  • Preparing Proforma Invoices
  • Invoicing in ERP System
  • Imports and Exports
  • E-way bill
  • Logistics & Dispatches
  • Preparing Orders and Sales reports
  • Interacting with Vendors and Service providers
  • Vendor and Customer registration
  • Handling customer and internal communication
  • Inventory Management
  • Filing and maintaining records

Competencies

Interpersonal Interaction Requirements:

Able to communicate and foster relationships with customers and colleagues

An excellent phone manner

Prioritising workload

Working in a largely unsupervised manner

Working within procedural guidelines in a methodical manner

Education and Experience Requirements:

Experience in sales office environment

English writing/reading competencies. Fluent.

Computer competencies required for this position

Computer literate, able to create correspondence in Word and Excel.

  • Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Fresher, good communication skills, fluency in English is a must and knowledge on MS office.
