Digital Marketing Manager (IT Domain)

Job Summary  

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a solid understanding of online marketing strategies, and a proven track record of successful campaign execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities and Duties

Digital Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

SEO and SEM:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to increase website traffic and lead generation.

Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience.

- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Email Marketing:

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and A/B testing.

- Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements based on metrics.

Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and more.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.

- Generate regular reports on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Website Management:

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and search engines.

- Implement and maintain tracking pixels and analytics tags.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

- Use market insights to adapt and improve digital marketing strategies.
