HR Executive (Level-3 Grade-C) Experince-3-7 yrs. Targeted DOJ: (immediate to max 30 days joiners) Shift: Must be ready to work on extended shift like 12-9 or 2-10 pm shifts and ready to stretch Job description: - Work with India global HR team to strategically plan employee surveys globally on Glint survey tool (a LinkedIn platform) and present Survey management plan to leadership team with timelines and expected outcome
- Must be working as HR generalist/survey management expert who understands employee pulse and can come out survey need generations to build a strategy with leadership team
- Must have developed various, onboarding, offboarding, employee opinion, pulse check and satisfaction/engagement surveys globally
- Must be able to work as catalyst between leadership/management team and employees to help build a transparent and great culture with surveys and feedback analysis
- Must be aware of how to design various questionnaire with excellent time management skills.
- Must be good at analysing the survey feedback/outcome and present to employees/management
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Experience in stake holder management (All levels)
- Must be aware of all HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Employee database management and Manage employees' grievances
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates along with exit analysis based on the Exit survey
- Review current Industry trends and HR technology and recommend more effective usage of Survey platform
- Building various Employee surveys with analysis and Report/ Dashboard creation
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees/managers based on the feedback from the survey results
Re quirements - Proven work experience on Design, implement and analysing Various Employee surveys globally
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Survey management tools such as Workday, Glint Survey (A LinkedIn Survey platform),Survey monkey
- Experience in Communication management across the organization before and after the survey lauch
- Expert in Data analytics and dashboard/reports and presentations
- Must be expert in Microsoft office tools such asExcel, word and PPT
- Expert in Stakeholder management globally
- Excellent in follow up skills and must have cognitive skiils
- Demonstrable leadership abilities to lead and manage the surveys globally
- Solid communication skills
- MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- MIS and dashboard/Presentation creation
