Job Description:

• Required qualification-  M. Sc/ M. Tech (Geology/Applied Geology)
• Preferred sectors / companies, if any-  Preferably in CBM or Oil & Gas Industry 
• Brief JD- (For Well Site)

• Use of GPS, Brunton Compass & other Geologist Tools 
• Field Mapping
• Geological Logging of Core Holes & Wells.
• Sample collection and interpretation of cutting as well as core sample at well site.
• Preparation of Lithology of Core/Cutting.
• Correlation of Core Hole/Well data and validation.
• Lithological Report Preparation and Identification of Lithology & Coal Seams
• Core Sampling for Gas Testing

Coal Geology, Coal Sampling, Core & Well Logging, Coal Bed Methane/ Coalbed Methane (CBM), Geophysical Log, Formation evaluation, Adsorption Desorption Study, Interpretation of Lithology, Interpretation of Well Logs.
