We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR to oversee our HR operations and provide strategic direction for the HR department
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full HR process, recruitment process, payroll process, process design and implementation, budget forecast and management, PF, ESI, and appraisal review
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the HR department and oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and best practices in HR.
Manage the recruitment process and work closely with hiring managers to ensure that the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals.
Oversee the payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Design and implement HR processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and ensure a positive employee experience.
Develop and manage the HR budget, forecasting and tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings.
Manage the PF and ESI process to ensure compliance with legal requirements and timely submission of documents.
Conduct performance appraisal reviews and provide guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure fair and objective evaluations.
Provide advice and guidance to the leadership team on HR issues, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree is preferred.
At least 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, recruitment process, payroll process, process design and implementation, budget forecast and management, PF, ESI, and appraisal review.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions based on data and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that drive business results.
Strong understanding of local labour laws and regulations.
