About Proactive For Her

Proactive For Her is a women's healthcare early-stage start-up founded by Achitha Jacob

(ex-HBS, DaVita, and Kearney). A digitally native clinic for women, Proactive For Her,

offers accessible, personalised and confidential healthcare solutions for women's out

patient health concerns across life stages - from puberty to menopause.

Location: Bangalore

Work hours: 9 am to 7 pm

Full-time opportunity (Monday to Sunday with 1 week off)

Note: Saturdays & Sundays will be work from home

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Inside Sales Associate to join Proactive For Her, a

rapidly growing women's healthtech start-up in Bangalore.

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible to understand customer journeys and to

convert leads to customers and thereby appropriately up-sell/cross-sell our services

across different channels. Specifically, the Insides Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

Directly calling customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and

reasons for not converting

Interacting with customers via Whatsapp through the CRM platform

Identifying different systems/process changes Proactive can make to increase

likelihood of conversion
