About the role:
As an Engineering Manager you will help deliver our mission to build delightful app experience in a B2B Financial OS.

• Manage teams to deliver exceptional products while building the team culture
• Focus on building diversity and team excellence
• Responsible for building careers and the professional growth of engineers
• Proactively improve hiring & onboarding process
• Set & communicate direction for your teams

Minimum qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience with working with a diverse set of stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems
• Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding
• Practical experience as a Scrum Master or Software Engineer working with scrum methodology
• Experience in scaling up the engineering teams
