Job description
Experience : Should have 3 to 4 years of experience in techno-sales in similar Industry. Desirable RF knowledge
Educational Qualification : BE/BTECH in Electronics, E&TC or Instrumentation
Roles and Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for handling the existing sales prospects.
b) Responsible for all functions of business development - Lead generation, writing proposals, Closing business as per company guidelines, Relationship building, account management, bidding, payment collection, co-ordination with different internal departments.
c) Responsible for handling customer support
d) Responsible for submission of Bank Guarantee, Bills and any other documents to respective organizations
e) Responsible for installations and commissioning activities
f) Responsible for initial Systems Studies
g) Responsible for preparing budget, quote
h) Responsible for finding new online tenders from targeted organizations
i) Responsible for support in marketing activities
j) Responsible for handling negotiation meetings
h)Responsible for uploading tenders and payment follow up
KRA :
a) Handling Sales for entire South and East region especially having full knowledge of Bangalore Defense R&D and PSU
b) Handling the support activities of all existing and prospective clients.
c) Lead generation from the identified target organizations (Cold calling, Sales Visits, Mails etc.)
Desired Skills:
a) Knowledge on ATE, HILS,RIGS, Large Project estimation
b) Basic Knowledge in Aerospace and defense technology (Communication standards, Protocols etc.)
c) Previous Experience in selling Electronics or Embedded System/ Solutions to Government customers will be plus.
d) Knowledge about GEM and Online bid submission preferred.
e) Should have excellent written and oral communication skill (Languages - English, Kannada ).
f) Should have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
g) Should have High Proficiency in Ms-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
h) Should be willing to travel to client places.
