Job description

As the Hospitality Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Chandi Hospitality's brand presence, drive event success, and achieve business objectives. This multifaceted role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record in marketing management.

 

Responsibilities :

Event Marketing:

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies for various hospitality events, ensuring maximum attendance and positive guest experiences.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling event promotions, materials, and campaigns.

 

Budget Management:

Develop and manage marketing budgets for events, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Brand Promotion:

Implement and oversee brand promotion initiatives to enhance Chandi Hospitality's visibility and reputation in the market.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

 

Digital Marketing:

Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences.

Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage emerging digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.

 

Collaboration:

Foster strong collaborations with internal departments and external partners to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to maximize promotional opportunities.

 

Qualifications :

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

· Proven experience (5 years) in hospitality marketing, with a focus on events, brand promotion, digital marketing, and collaboration.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

· Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and digital platforms.
