Job description
Nestasia is looking out for a Retail Associate who will guide, interact with customers and will be responsible for managing the sales operations in our retail store.
Duties and responsibilities: To raise our customers’ pool and expand store traffic. Meet sales goals given on monthly basis. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. Complete store administration and cleanliness of the store. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Additional store duties as needed. Desired Candidate Profile Previous working experience in sales for more than 2 years Graduation in relevant field Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Customer oriented with strong negotiation skillsJob tags
