Job description
Roles and Responsibilities: Field Sales
- Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory.
- To handle ATL, BTL, Institutional Sales function for the territory.
- To strengthen the company's reach in the assigned market.
- Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development.
- To meet the branch revenue targets.
- To network with Institutions and key decision makers.
- To generate walk-ins within branch.
- To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centres, other educational centres, associations, clubs, industry associations etc.
- Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc.
- Implementation of Systems and Processes.
- Promotion and generation of revenue plan for new projects taken up by the company from time to time.
- Handle a team of sales executives
