Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 3 clinics (Delhi, Mumbai, Siliguri) and ensuring that the organization is running smoothly and efficiently. The COO will also be responsible for financial planning, budgeting and analysis, and managing the team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Business Planning and Operations Management skills
• Analytical Skills
• Financial management experience, including Budgeting
• Experience managing a team and leading organizational change
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on IVF
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
