Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Strong Product & Process knowledge in Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) Part proving, Production Planning and Control, Troubleshooting, Defect analysis and Problem solving
• Machine installations, Mould trials & Mould proving
• Co-ordinate the entire product development cycle and finalize specifications
• Verify chemistry of the metal, Metal tapping and Melting transferring to holding furnace
• Optimize man & machine utilization to achieve preset production targets.
• Conduct CFT for design, maintenance and upkeep of tools, develop and implement plans, identify specifications and commission new equipment to facilitate smooth running of production process
• Implement Operational Excellence, 5S, 4M change, Kaizen, Lean Mfg.
• Meeting requirement of IATF 16949, TPM, EMS and OHSAS pertaining to Production
Desired Candidate Profile : Expertise in Aluminium Casting Production (LPDC), Process Improvement and Safety Management
