Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Operations Manager located in Pune. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, creating and implementing processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience 2-3 years in operations management, preferably in the forex industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to create, implement and improve processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Pay Scale:-

• Monthly Salary willl be 30k-35k.
