*: Area Sales Manager (Non-Banking Finance Company)*
*Responsibilities:*
1. *Sales Strategy:* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve home loan targets and market expansion in the assigned area.
2. *Team Leadership:* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance, ensuring adherence to targets and quality standards.3. *Market Analysis:* Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, competition, and trends. Provide insights to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.
4. *Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and business partners to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
5. *Credit Assessment:* Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure sound credit assessments for potential customers, maintaining a balanced approach between business growth and risk management.
6. *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations that may impact business operations.
7. *Training and Development:* Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
